Twitter Update 4: Finally Picking my Topic

And a-welcome back to my blog! This week I did a bit more researching, specifically in the crow area. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to switch my topic from sloths to crows since I haven't been able to find anything relatively exciting concerning sloths (who would've imagined). But I'm staying optimistic and doing some more digging into the web to find something I can dedicate my research to.
I ended up looking up videos on Youtube about crows until I came across one that was talking about this girl named Gabby and her connection with the crows in her backyard (link here). It was fascinating to watch and it was so cool to recognize John Marzluff from Bird Brain and a few other articles I've read online when looking up his name for annotations. I'm convinced to use him as a source, though which one is yet to be decided. I also responded to a classmate's question about other's opinions on seafood. After watching Seaspiracy a while back and doing some of my own research, I was able to give them recommendations for how to look and approach the situation. I guess it must've been good suggestions since I got an immediate like not a minute later!
As for blogs this week, I was blown away by how good they were starting to look. They really inspired me to work harder on mine, so I will be taking some time to look into that! But anyway, on to this week's shoutouts!
They all had amazing blogs that I highly recommend you check out. I'd say I had the most fun writing on Pearl's blog since her tone and way of writing was just so down-to-earth and funny. She's covering wolves and made me excited to read her work once it's done, a sign of a great writer in the making. That's not to say the other blogs were second to hers though. Itzia is researching elephants (made me tilt my head in confusion since her last name has "wolves" in it, but she probably already knew that), and Weigi (Vicky) was talking about an article she read on Twitter that didn't have the nicest heading. I enjoyed reading all their blogs; I just hope I can match them.
I'll work hard this coming week!
Signing off for now...
Emi out :D
