Helloooo and welcome back to another blog!

It has been another busy week, though a productive one at that, especially on Twitter. This week I started a thread on crows, and I think it was my best one yet. I talked about one of my Big 3 articles that I found last week, more specifically the third one. I think it was my favorite one of my sources since it was about testing the mark test on crows. In psychology I learned about it, albeit only on humans, so it came as a surprise when I read about the same test being conducted on birds. I'll link the specific tweet since I summed up the experiment and the results there. I'll include a photo of the first tweet below as well!

The hashtags I looked at had to do with crows and birds in general. I looked up stuff like #birdintelligence or #corvidintelligence (though that second one only succeeded in directing me to tweets from people who had misspelled Covid). But through the first hashtag I was able to find a cool website on this account called @animalcog that I shared on Twitter since it had articles and sources for a variety of different animals, including crows! I'll link it here too just in case anyone else wants to see it!

I've been learning a lot about crows, and I can't wait to start writing my essay! Speaking of essays though, every good research paper needs sources. This week I checked Phoebe Lu's Research Agenda where she had her sources that she was interested in. I could immediately tell that she was looking to write about elephants, which is a good sign since she has a clear goal in mind. I believe she is leaning towards the social/emotional aspects of elephants, though these are her only three articles so she may be interested in a different topic. I'll link her page for others to find. It has a very simple look which is nice since it is straight-to-the-point, though her citations are a bit too squished together. I let her know in my comment, which I do hope she sees.

That's my weekly update!

Signing off for now...

Emi out :D

KAYLA'S REVIEW OF EMILY'S RESEARCH AGENDA PAGE!!

Hi Emily I know this is a little late to be receiving such comment and critics, but here I am on your lovely page. First off, I would love to praise you for your web design for it is not difficult to navigate through and as well very attention grabbing with the color choice. As well as how you Have organized your three articles, I found it very easy to read and did not feel overwhelmed by it. The only critique I would have would have to be your navigation bar to make the font size a bit bigger so it is easy to see and read, but other than that I lov…
